NIOSH Centers of Excellence for Total Worker Health (U19)
The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to provide funding for Centers of Excellence for Total Worker Health®. Support of this program will further advance an emerging field of science and practice and address the needs of the 21st century workforce by means of research, intervention, and outreach activities.
The University is invited to submit one nomination, and an internal review and selection process is necessary to select the best-qualified candidate to represent the University. Preliminary nominations to be considered in this process must be submitted to Dr. Michelle S. Broido, Associate Vice Chancellor for Biomedical Research, c/o Ms. Selena Crawford, firstname.lastname@example.org.
The preliminary nomination packet must include: 1) a one – two page description of the proposed Center, 2) the proposed PI’s CV or NIH biosketch, and 3) a letter of recommendation from the nominee’s department chair/dean/division director.
